A public hearing was held at 5:45 PM to receive comments on Amended Ordinances 115 and 143.
The regular council meeting convened at 6:00 PM.
A report was given by the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department.
A report was given by the City Assessor.
A report was given by the Department of Public Works.
Bills totaling $161,093.70 were approved.
Motion carried to approve METRO Act permit application submitted by Aspire.
Motion carried to adopt Amended Ordinance 115.
Motion carried to adopt Amended Ordinance 143.
Motion carried to accept offer for sale of S325 Bluff Street vacant lot.
Motion carried to accept completed 2021 audit of City financials.
Motion carried to proceed with termination of Verizon franchise if 2021/2022 payment not received.
Motion carried to adopt Resolution 22-09 approving Stephenson PTO gaming license.
Motion carried to make offer to purchase vacant lot on Samuel Street next to City Hall.
Motion carried to introduce Ordinance 149.
Motion carried to award Mill Street sidewalk repair to Ed’s Concrete pending property owner agreement.
