March 7, 2024 – Regular Council Meeting

A public hearing was held at 5:45 PM to receive comments on Proposed Ordinance 150.
The regular council meeting convened at 6:00 PM.
Russell McDonald was present on behalf of the American Legion for public participation.
A report was given by the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department.
A report was given by the City Assessor.
A report was given by the Department of Public Works.
Bills totaling $112,657.57 were approved.
Motion carried to adopt Cost Recovery Ordinance 150.
Motion carried to approve 052-623-026-00/052-623-027-00 SAPS Parcel Reconfiguration.
Motion carried to adopt Resolution 24-02 – MDOT Signers.
Motion carried to adopt Utility Policy updates.
Motion carried to purchase new City domain name and hosting services.
Committee reports were given.
The meeting adjourned at 7:25 PM.
The next regular City Council meeting will be held April 4, 2024.
