March 2, 2023 – Regular Council Meeting

The regular council meeting convened at 6:00 PM.
Bob Desjarlais, Lake Township Supervisor, and Heather and Dan Wesley of the Menominee County Small Business Association were present for public participation.
A report was given by the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department.
A report was given by the City Assessor.
A report was given by the Department of Public Works.
Bills totaling $124,417.00 were approved.
Motion carried to accept UPEA proposal for engineering services for the Drinking Water SRLF project in the amount of $15,000.00.
Motion carried to adopt Traffic Control Order #23.
Motion carried to donate $200.00 from the DDA Fund to the Easter Egg Hunt to be held April 1, 2023 (tentative).
Committee reports were given.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.
The next regular City Council meeting will be held April 6, 2023.
