December 1, 2022 – Regular Council Meeting

A public hearing was held at 5:45 PM to receive comments on Proposed Ordinance 149.
The regular council meeting convened at 6:00 PM.
A report was given by the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department.
A report was given by the City Assessor.
A report was given by the Department of Public Works.
Bills totaling $142,334.45 were approved.
Motion carried to adopt Proposed Ordinance 149.
Motion carried to adopt Resolution 22-10 FD CAP.
Motion carried to opt-out of the Publicly Funded Health Insurance Contribution Act.
Motion carried to renew City employee health insurance coverage with BC/BS.
Correspondence was read.
The meeting adjourned at 7:21 PM.
The next regular City Council meeting will be held January 5, 2023.
