August 4, 2022 – Regular Council Meeting

The regular council meeting convened at 6:00 PM.
Public participation was received.
A report was given by the Sheriff’s Department.
A report was given by the City Assessor.
A report was given by the Department of Public Works.
Bills totaling $146,178.37 were approved.
Motion carried to accept the engineering agreements for the water and wastewater improvement projects as submitted by UPEA.
Motion carried to accept the invoice agreements for the water and wastewater improvement projects as submitted by UPEA.
Motion carried to accept the legal services agreements for the water and wastewater improvements projects as submitted.
Motion carried to adopt resolutions 22-05 and 22-06 for publication for water and wastewater improvement projects.
Motion carried to adopt resolution 22-07 to receive ARPA funds from Menominee County for road repair.
Motion carried to accept estimated design and drafting fees for the Erickson Park small pavilion replacement project as submitted by UPEA.
Motion carried to move forward with the Erickson Park small pavilion replacement project.
Motion carried to introduce Ordinance 147 establishing policy for the acquisition, purchase, sale, disposal, or lease of real property.
Motion carried to introduce Ordinance 148 establishing policy for the acquisition, purchase, sale, or disposal of personal property.
Motion carried to accept McLean Engineering proposal for Pole Attachment Contract Development Services.
